The staff was polite, the hotel was fairly clean and placed in an old part of the city short walk to shopping street and a subway station and port.

You guys made my stay warm. Delightful staff and satisfactory breakfast. Bed was exceptionally comfortable, I liked fab room. The exceptional service and the attention to detail were stand outs! Brilliant location, minute walk from a medieval castle😀

Wonderfully comfortable bed, absolutely gorgeous rooms, superb place. We booked a room with buffet breakfast, there are lots of options. Bfast staff were fairly friendly this whole time.

Really kind staff, the hotel is very clean and location SUPERB. It's found in a pleasant enough area, walking distance to many landmarks of Naples.
